What is The Millennium Road?

We are an online retailer of bar tools, mixology sets and other relevant products, founded and run by professional mixologists and former bartenders.  We also aim to help teach people about cocktails and mixology through informative and educational content.  We also host private virtual mixology classes.  Whatever your mixology needs are, we have you covered!


Why should I trust you as opposed to another site?

Our team is comprised of people who have spent years working in the hospitality industry in all different facets.  We’ve been bartenders, events managers, employees of major restaurant groups and more.  With The Millennium Road, we’ve taken all our industry knowledge and experience and put it towards finding the most unique and highest quality bar products we can offer.  We also know a thing or two about cocktails and mixology.

Do you offer personalized engraving for your products?

Yes!  We are very pleased to offer personalized engraving options for our Deluxe Cocktail Shakers and Flask Gift Sets.  Engraving options will vary depending on the product.  Please view our Engraving FAQ page here.


When will my order process and ship?

All orders are processed the same day they are placed.  Orders placed before 12 pm EST will ship same day, while orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship the following business day.  Orders placed after 12 pm EST Friday will ship the following Monday.  Orders containing an engravable product will ship 1-3 business days after they are placed.

*Excludes federal holidays.  Orders placed on a federal holiday will ship the following business day.


What shipping options do you offer?

Our default shipping options are UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for engraved products.  Depending on your location, your order should arrive 1-5 business days after it is shipped.  We also offer expedited shipping options as well.  Shipping options can be viewed at checkout.  We offer free UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail on orders over $25.  We do not currently offer international shipping.

*Estimate of 1-5 days excludes orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.  Products are shipped from New York.  Engraved products are shipped from Texas. 


How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the tracking information for your order.  If you have not received a confirmation email, or you have a concern about your delivery, please reach out to and make sure to include your name and order number in the subject line.


Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?

Yes!  After you add an item to your cart, you'll have the option to add a note or gift message to your order before you checkout.  To add a gift message, first type 'gift message' and then write the message you'd like to send.  We'll print this message out and put it in the box with your order.  There will not be a packing slip included in an order with a gift message.  We unfortunately cannot include personalized gift messages in orders with an engraved product. 


How do you handle returns and refunds?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact to begin the return process.  Orders must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.  Engraved products cannot be returned unless a mistake was made on our end.  Please see our full Return & Refund policy for more details.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. 


My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re very sorry to hear your order arrived damaged.  As soon as you’ve received the damaged order, contact us at and please include your name and order number in the subject line.  We’ll work with you to make sure the problem is corrected.
